Please be advised that the Perlite products manufactured by Nordisk Perlite ApS, do NOT have a shelf life and therefore any reference to an expiration date is inappropriate. Since these products are non-reactive silica based inorganic, they will not degrade or change with age. We would suggest however, that in accordance with good manufacturing practices that the products be stored in a dry place, away from contaminants that could impart odours or flavours to the products, or that could damage the package.

Please be advised that the Perlite products manufactured by Nordisk Perlite ApS, are manufactured from naturally occurring minerals and do NOT contain and do NOT come in contact with any Genetically Modified Organisms.

Please be advised that the Perlite products manufactured by Nordisk Perlite ApS, do NOT contain and do not come in contact with any Animal based product and therefore would not contain any transmissible spongiform encephalopathy’s (TSE´s) or bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE)

Used Perlite Filter aid is a Non-Hazardous Waste.
Perlite Filter aid is NOT a hazardous waste and can be easily disposed of.
Some cakes used for food processing can even be recycled as components in animal feed.
