Perli-gro Perlite can be reused anywhere plants are growing. If the system with buckets has been used Perli-gro Perlite can be reused more than 12 years with steam or chemical treatment.
Which plants can grow in Perli-gro Perlite hydroponics?
Almost all plants. There is a huge experience with cucumbers, tomatoes, melons, peppers and strawberries, further flowers as roses, carnations and gerberas. Also house plants as hibiscus, chrysanthemum and rubber plants are growing in Perli-gro Perlite.
Our special Perli-gro perlite has been reused more than 12 years in growing cucumbers in bucket with result of 65 kg/m³ pr. plant pr. year. Perli-gro Perlite has been steam sterilized every year.
